Endoscopist deskilling risk after exposure to artificial intelligence in colonoscopy: a multicentre, observational study

Multicentre observational study at four Polish centres; in 1,443 patients undergoing non-AI-assisted colonoscopy 3 months before vs after AI tool introduction, ADR fell from 28.4% to 22.4% (a 6 pp absolute, 20% relative reduction).
